Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your Brassify order, we’ll do our best to make the process simple and hassle-free. Before Dispatch You can cancel your order anytime before it is dispatched, with no cancellation charge. For prepaid orders, the full amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method. After Dispatch Once your order has been handed over to the courier, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse the delivery or request a return after receiving the order, as per our Return Policy. When We May Cancel an Order In some situations, we may need to cancel an order due to stock unavailability, pricing or listing errors, an undeliverable address, or suspected fraudulent activity. If you have already made a payment, the full amount paid will be refunded. How to Cancel Your Order Simply email us at support@brassify.in or WhatsApp us with your order number as soon as possible.
